  • Maximum age: 75 years

1.2 Driver’s Licence Requirements

  • Renter and any additional driver to present a valid full driver’s licence issued by USA or Canada.
  • Graduated licences, learner’s permits, international driving permits, and licences issued outside USA/Canada are not accepted.
  • Digital driving license is not accepted.
  • Electronic licence verification may be conducted.

1.3 Driving Area Restrictions

Our vehicles may be driven only within:

  • Prince Edward Island

  • Nova Scotia

Travel outside these provinces is strictly prohibited and may void coverage and result in additional charges.

1.4 Rental Duration

Maximum rental period per agreement: 14 days. A fresh rental contract may be entered into if the customer requires a longer period.

2. Making a Reservation

2.1 Reservations

  • Reservations may be made online or directly with our location.
  • Online reservations are subject to verification.
  • In case satisfactory documents are not provided, the reservation may be declined.

2.2 Booking Deposit

A deposit equal to one day’s rental is required at booking. This amount will be applied toward your final rental charges.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation if made more than 48 hours before pickup.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: 1 day rental charge will be applied from booking deposit.

2.4 Vehicle Hold for Late Pickup

If our customer informs of any delay in arrival, the vehicle will be held for up to 4 hours after the scheduled pickup time, unless the location is closed.

3. At Vehicle Pickup

3.1 Credit Card Requirements

  • A valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express in the renter’s name is required.
  • Cash, debit cards, prepaid cards, and key-ring credit cards are not accepted.
  • An authorization hold will be placed for security deposit and potential additional charges.
  • If authorization is declined, rental will not proceed.

3.2 Security Deposit

  • At the time of rental, a pre-authorization hold of up to CAD $500 will be placed on the renter’s credit card.
  • The amount may vary based on the estimated rental charges and selected insurance coverage.
  • This hold is processed as a pre-authorization and is not a charge.
  • Most Canadian and U.S. banks process the release within 3–7 business days, though processing times vary by card issuer.

3.3 Identification Requirements

In addition to your driver’s licence, additional ID may be required. The name and address on your licence must match your current home address.

You may be required to present two (2) of the following, each showing your current address:

  • Utility bill (dated within 30 days)
  • Cell phone bill (dated within 30 days)
  • Valid passport
